If you are feeling a bit depressed and not looking forward to yet another Christmas - remember that many, many other people feel like that too. - they just - probably like you - are doing their best not to show it.
I just wanted to tell you that.
* Have a talk to the Samaritans or a friend before it gets too serious
Go for a walk early in the day and get some sunlight
Get some excercise
Do something to help someone else, or cheer someone else up. e.g. go and listen to them. read about Active Listening
Christmas Day itself? why not find out if Age concern or the Salvation Army are organising a joint Christmas Meal somewhere?
