CEL's next big national event: Conference 2008

Saturday 22 nd November 2008 - See Pictures taken on the day -

The Milton Keynes CEL local group is organizing a day conference on a transport theme. The venue is very close to Milton Keynes station. CEL's Annual Members' Meeting will be held at the start of the day. Milton Keynes is easily reached by train from North and South and is easily accessible for Londoners. We look forward to seeing a full house.

Michael Northcott (Professor of Theology, Edinburgh University) – Theological principles and attitudes towards transport
Stephen Potter (Professor of Transport Strategy at the
Open University) – An overview of the transport problem

Venue: Church of Christ the Cornerstone, 300 Saxon Gate West, Milton Keynes MK9 2ES. The Church is ¾ mile from Milton Keynes railway station.
Cost: £15 ( £10 if booked and paid for by a month beforehand (22nd Oct),)
