As part of their Eco-Congregation activities, St John's (Hurst Green) and All Hallow's (Milton, Lancashire) organised a Lenten programme for children (ages 5-12) that helped them to make connection between faith and environmental issues and have a good time in the process! Read more.

For Lent 2011, Columban Faith and Justice in Britain has produced a new
DVD, Stations of the Rainforests. This revised audio-visual incorporates more
global issues related to rainforest destruction, such as the impact of
extractive industries, loss of biodiversity and climate change. Links are
revealed with human impoverishment and loss of livelihoods. A Resource Booklet
accompanies the DVD, providing the script, an agenda for meetings using the
DVD, a reflection for each of the Stations and material for liturgies. £7

A Rocha is a Christian nature conservation organisation. It produces resource pack each year for Environment Sunday. The 2006 pack includes DVDs and powerpoint presentations for media savvy youngsters!

Tearfund is a Christian relief and development organisation that works in partnership with local churches and Christian agencies to help the world's poorest communities. Ringsfield is a Christian foundation, involved in research and development for social and emotional learning and earth education. One of the Centre Directors is Chris Walton, the editor of Green Christian. Ringsfield is located in the Suffolk countryside, and offers:
- Environmental programmes, workshops and sessions to children and young people
- Training for Christian youth leaders in environmental education
- Resources for leaders to run their own programmes, workshops and sessions
- Guidance about resources and information available from other sources like the Institute for Earth Education, A Rocha and LEAs
- A venue for experiencing programmes and training

Reflection Gardens , aims to make connections between issues in ecology and Christian beliefs, and to present these in a visual/physical way. It runs programmes, courses and retreats for various groups including youth groups. It is situation on the edge of Cannock Chase, Staffordshire, some of the old woodland in England .
